the open url option (right click on a file loaded on the ftp server) points to the following :
http://ftp.deneb.be/Dispacher/Dispatch%20Truck%20types.pdf

but it should point to :
http://www.deneb.be/Dispacher/Dispatch%20Truck%20types.pdf

Refer to Web URL configuration to change the hostname of the HTTP URL to www.deneb.be.
