If there is trouble when connected to a server contact the service provider or ticket will be clossed.

Please make sure to search or browse for existing tickets before reporting a new one! 
If you have trouble connecting to a server, try to resolve the issue with the assistance
of your hosting service provider. If you don't, your ticket will be closed with a 
resolution of thirdparty.
