Upon loading Cyberduck it crashes with the same symptoms as ticket number 71 (however I've opened a new ticket as no-one seems to be looking at 71) with the following information:
However removing the file /Library/Java/Extensions/dns_sd.jar allowed it to fire up correctly - is there any way that duplicate libraries can be detected and one skipped over? Does anyone know why I had 2 versions of the library in the first place?

Thanks for the detailed information; I have passed this to Apple, but to my understanding there should not be two libraries of dns_sd.jar present. One is probably incompatible with your system as they differ in size.
