wyUpdate is not always up-to-date #5410

tux created the issue

When trying to update 4.0b4, wyUpdate said "4.0b5 is latest" but showed me the 4.0b6 in the change log. So maybe something is not quite right there?

Will try to keep the Changelog better in sync with official version numbers. 4.0b5 (ee99a81) is currently the latest version available on Windows.
