When I try and change permissions by right click > info > permissions on a file or folder and either check the boxes or type the number it it doesn't appear to make the changes. The numbers won't update nor will the ticks stay in the boxes, but if I log on to my host and look at the file or folder through file manager in Plesk the permissions have been updated.
