artexcsignature created the issue

Up until a few days ago, I have had no problems logging in to my server: vps.artexc.com.
Cyberduck has been working really well for me until recently.

Now I am not getting in. I'm using the SFTP (SSH) - whatever you call it;
my ID and password haven't changed. They seem to be working because when I log in, I do not
get the login failed message. It begins to work like normal for a quick moment (too quick to read the
statements at the bottom of the window, and then, NOTHING. The Cyberduck window remains unchanged
appearing as it did before the log in. Blank as far as seeing or accessing my website files. I don't know how else to describe it. It's NOT working.
Has my Cyberduck program been turned off because I haven't submitted a donation yet?
