Hello,
I read the help files and searched the forum but can't seem to connect using Cyberduck SFTP.
I changed the Preferences > Connection Timeout to its max 120 seconds....and set the repeat function but still won't connect.
Port 22 (SSH) is open and Firewall is turned off. I'm on an iMac with latest version of Mac OSX. Have Fibre Optics internet installed (living in Vietnam).
After the first I/O Time Out Error the repeat function tries again then I get an error saying Network Error: Connection Failed - Operation Timed Out.
Any other suggestions?
Can I send you the Server info I'm trying to connect to?
Thanks in advance (I'm completely new to Cyberduck).....IT friend is helping me setup Amazon EC2 Cloud Computing Render Farm and cyberduck is how I will connect/upload data to Amazon server.
Brad

Check if you can access the sever using ssh from the Terminal.app. That should fail, too, because the server is not reachable. Must be either your network configuration or the server blocking access.
