problems showing the contents of the directories in google docs

When I connect to google docs I see every file out of the directories , directly in the main directory. If I click on the + near the directories name I see (for some of them)repeated the file contained. Probably not clear but that is my best. Thanks

In Google Docs, you can have the same document in multiple folders.
