Just started happening with the latest update:

System: OSX Snow Leopard (v.10.5.8)

  1. Dragging files from the Cyberduck window to a folder in the Finder (or from the Mac OS X Finder to the Cyberduck window to initiate an upload) incorrectly details the file sizes in gigabytes rather than megabytes.

  2. Dragging files from the Cyberduck window to a Mac OS X folder on the desktop produces a warning dialog to overwrite a pre-existing file, even though it is a fresh download, and the file to be replaced does not exist.
