Seems with the update to 3.8.1 that the ability to throttle how many files are uploaded (concurrent file transfer) at a time no longer functions. If I start an upload and then add files to the same folder on the FTP server (those files appearing in the transfer window), they all upload at the same time no matter where the concurrent transfer number is set.
