I cannot connect to a specific ftp address using Cyberduck. I clicked select "Don't ask me again" from the prompt listed below, and selected "Change".

http://trac.cyberduck.ch/attachment/wiki/help/en/howto/ftp/Unsecured%20connection.png

I didn't really know what I was doing, but I kept getting the prompt and finally clicked "change". Prior to that I could connect to the site. Now I cannot connect to the ftp site, nor the website URL. I get the message "Network Error, Connection failed. Operation timed out" This includes all domains hosted by the same account. I can still connect to other domains with different hosting. How do I get that prompt to show up again so I can switch the settings? I have tried all the suggestions on this page:

http://trac.cyberduck.ch/wiki/help/en/howto/ftp#Switchtosecureconnection

Please follow up as soon as you can as my client needs to revise their website immediately.

Thank you,

Brian

Change the protocol back to FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
