Hello, I was probably stressing Cyberduck a bit but is following normal?

I was copying files from one ftp server to two folders on another ftp at once. It took time so I went off. When I had returned. All Apps were freezed. Cyber duck have eaten all memory and swap space so everything died. On screen there is only 1 program, others were already shut down to release some memory.
I have week machine core solo minimac with 2 GB RAM but should Cyberduck bring it to it knees? It seems resource hungry to me as Intel native app. It takes 14 bounces in dock to launch. It is a lot.
10.6.6, CD Version 3.8.1 (7954).

Best wishes

Frantisek
