I changed something on a pop up menu last week to ssl??? security??? maybe cant remember which is very annoying and since have been having trouble. Tried to upload my images file on saturday and it tried to change all permissions - after 6 houts it timed out. I have just tried to upload one image at a time and it wont do that ether - says it is preparing. Please help!
Im on mac os 10.6 snowleopard cyberduck 3.8.1

Please post the transcript from View → Log Drawer in the Transfers window. As a workaround, change the protocol back to FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

I dont seem to have anything in the log drawer! Apologies Im a very new cyberduck user!
If i click the offending file name nothing shows in the box. Where do i change back to ftp?

When opening cyberduck it gave me a quick log in but when i logged in properly with my freeola stuff its all ok? Have no idea why and sorry to waste your time and mine!

one question tho..When it asks this...

Unsecured FTP connection
'The server supports encrypted connections. Do you want to switch to FTP-SSL?' do i 'change' or 'continue', will i have problems if i change?

The secure connection is fine. It's not an issue here.

Looks like there is a problem opening a data connection to the server. Can you try using the latest snapshot build. If that does't work as well, please contact your hosting service provider.
