I logged into a client's server to download a few audio files. There are roughly 30 folders listed. ALL of them have a red icon in the lower right corner of the folder icon. When I open ANY of those folders, what I get is a subfolder with the same name, no files in either folder. The files in the root folder are visible.

I have logged into the same server using the same credentials with WS_FTP on a Windows computer, and all files are visible in the correct folders. Also, I have logged into other servers without any problems. I've checked my settings and they appear to be the same between this FTP account and others.

I tried to access the log drawer but either I don't know how it works or it is missing, also.

Thanks for your help.
