Unsure if this is an issue with Cyberduck, but I'm unable to download such files by FTP, which originally contains scandic letters (ä, å, ö) in the path or filename. These letters won't show correctly in the directory listing and can neither be transferred.

Error 550 "no such file or directory"

Try to change the character encoding used. See 'View' → 'Text Encoding'. Try UTF-8 (the default), ISO-8859-1 and Windows-1252. Refer to https://trac.cyberduck.io/wiki/help/en/howto/ftp#CharacterEncoding.
