I have a website which I've built myself using Serif.com and hosted with GoDaddy.com. I need a third party FTP Client, so it seems as I could not publish it to the web from my own laptop. I come to your site, key in my IP address and the username and password given to me from GoDaddy. All the pages from my site appear in a list on the left hand side... And then what ????? I download and the files appear on my own Desktop!! I click on upload and my general list My Documents etc comes up. Gracious me! This is supposed to be a straight forward transfer to the Web. I came to you because I couldn't work FileZilla either. No button to activate anything, neither on yours. This is getting me down!!!
