Accentend letters in file name or folder makes folder not accessible.

folder and file in explorer

I use webdav protocole to dropbox via www.dropdav.com

This could be an issue with DropDAV. You might want to try accessing Dropbox using their native API supported in Cyberduck. Refer to the wiki.
