The site address is entered twice. Example:

COPIED:
http://65.254.84.144/gleaningmeaning.com/blog/optic.jpg

CORRECT:
http://65.254.84.144/blog/optic.jpg

or

http://gleaningmeaning.com/blog/optic.jpg

Please configure your bookmark with the document root and web server address.
