I cannot replicate the issue here with build 4.0.2 (8565). Please verify with Cyberduck → About you are indeed running this version.

Hi,

I had used Beta for 4.0.2.
It showed, Version 4.0.2 (8528)

Now chosen Snapshot Builds and put in Version 4.0.2 (8565).
This works perfectly. The other issue (failing to quit on first launch see 5793) is also resolved with this release.

Could you let me know what server software is used (You might have to ask your service provider)? The issue should be fixed by the server vendor as it is not standard compliant behavior.
