I thought Cyberduck was open-source GPL?

Then why is it being sold at 23.99 USD at Apple App Store, direct link to it here:

Sorry for bumping this ticket to highest priority and blocker tho, but if this is a scam done by a rouge developer, I thought it should get some attention rather quick.
