349a238 created the issue

Cyberduck Version 4.0 under Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit there is no Editor in the Preferences.

Also when I drag an HMTL file to an editor not shown in the drop down Edit option (for example, SciTE) gives a pop-up 'Could not open file'. This is frustrating as I cannot edit HTML files withour downloading the file first.

Both of these functionalities work well on the Mac.
