I was unable to replicate this with a small file. Use 80MB or larger.

When uploading wmv files, they upload successfully, but as soon as it finishes, it uploads 0B of again, overwriting the file.

The log drawer says nothing about doing either upload, but the Transfers window reports a successful upload. It records nothing about the second upload. You have to be watching at the right time to even see it.

Can you try the latest snapshot build available and please post the transcript of the Transfers window from View → Log Drawer.

Please update to the latest snapshot build (a24f425 or later) where this issue should be fixed.
