In v3.8.1, I can successfully log in to our FTP server. In 4.0.1, I cannot.
We use VSFTP 2.0.5-12.e15 on CentOS (Linux) for the server. The root directory is chrooted to /home/demo (user's home directory).
Filing this as highest priority, as it is a regression.

Upgrade to the latest snapshot build and post the transcript from the log drawer (⌘-L) if still an issue.
