Uploading file to Google Docs collection places it in root folder instead #5856

When uploading a file(s) to a Google Docs (Premier) collection/folder, Cyberduck seems to disregard what directory it was uploaded to. You must login to Google Docs and move the newly uploaded file(s) to the appropriate collection.

This bug was introduced with support for resumable uploads and uploads larger than 100MB. See #5712.
