Cyberduck forces FF window to disappear even though both in same space.

It was originally in different space and I changed it to be in same space as FireFox. Maybe one has to quit application to do that. At any rate it is corrupted somehow. Apple Care support diagnosed that works OK in a different Mac User account. But in my regular account still corrupt. Even hides iTunes also.

How do I get Cyberduck to quit messing with other programs.

Does not close or hide other app windows just not able to see in same space. If I click on FF in doc then FF is visible but not Cyberduck.

Very strange.

We don't do anything special regarding to Spaces.
