Description

I have an FTP server running on my home NAS and every time I attempt to upload files using cyberduck, I get a "553 Error: No such file or directory". I am using a file that has no spaces or special characters, and when using filezilla to perform the same upload, I don't receive any errors.

I am using cyberduck 4.02 on a macbook running OSX 10.6.7

  • Resolution set to thirdparty
  • Status changed from new to closed

The server tells the folder is read only. Possibly the server is not handling absolute paths correctly.

When using filezilla, I am able to write to the folder without issue which leads me to believe that this is an application issue. Does filezilla handle absolute paths differently? Is there some way for me to modify the cyberduck application so that it recognizes that the path in the same way that filezilla does?
