I really like Cyberduck's ability to authenticate using public keys, but it could be improved a bit if Cyberduck would default to trying the default public keys first instead of asking me to log on. This could be a setting that is turned on in Preferences.

All of the servers I connect to are SFTP servers that only have public key authentication (password access is turned off), so I could save a couple of clicks by having Cyberduck automatically use my ~/.ssh/id_rsa to log in.
