Uploading large >100Mb files to Amazon S3 routinely fails.
Sometimes error code 10054 is returned. Other times 'Upload failed' is reported.
In both cases there is to resume upload.
Attached photograph is after uploading for 1hr 40mins of a 580Mb file.

I used 'S3 Browser' to upload my large file to Amazon S3. It completed the task with out a problem.
The same file, same S3 account from the same Windows 7 system failed 3 times when using CyberDuck.

If possible please post the full transcript by toggling the log drawer before starting the transfer.
Cannot reproduce. Could have been a temporary issue with S3.
