e865be9 created the issue

I was downloading a very big file. Transfer stopped 2 times and everytime I appended the transfer.
At the end, i got a 104% stat... Please see attached image.

Has the file size possibly changed while the transfer was in progress?

No, the file was the same.
Is it possible that the resume do not resume but starts from the beginning, but don't reset the percentage?

Please post the transcript from View → Log Drawer of the Transfers window then.
