I am a very satisfied registered user of cyberduck for Mac OS X. When I ask our customers to use our ftp, I urge them to use cyberduck. I give them detailed instructions as to what to put into each field of the interface's Open Connection screen. But many of them get confused and frustrated parsing what to put where. Is there any way we could create a single link for a specific job that would enable Client A to click on one thing that would take them directly to their folder at our ftp site? Such a link would have to include the server name, username, password, etc., to make their journey painless. Many of them resort to using a service such as YouSendIt, when they can't make ours work. Thanks for any suggestions.
