Hello Cyberduck

I can't get a connection to upload when using my home broadband but it works in the apple store no problem.

Do I need a static IP or specific port forwarding to use cyberduck from my home broadband?

The router is possibly blocking some ports. For FTP, make sure to use the Passive (PASV) connect mode as described in FTP Connect Mode.
