Version 4.0.2 displays two Help menu items in the menu bar. The second one calls an empty local help file, which generates the message "The operation couldn’t be completed. (HVURLHandlerErrorDomain error 1002.)"

I have seen this issue once during development but cannot reproduce. Looks like an issue I cannot do anything about. What localization/language of the OS and Cyberduck are you running?
