2a2fb8d created the issue

I continue to have the problem that shows as "fixed" when the ticket was closed. Any files uploaded from a folder using the "sync" option in cyberduck to a Google Docs account will place all files at the root and not tag them for a particular collection.

The ticket reflects this issue with MacOSX, so I wasn't sure if it was resolved only for that platform. The problem still exists for Windows.

Are you sure running the latest snapshot or beta build. 4.1 where this issue is fixed has not been released yet.
