tux created the issue

Having followed the Cyberduck for Windows development from the very beginning, the last thing that stops me from switching from FileZilla is the missing option to "upload only changed files" (like: skip files which already exist on the server).

Maybe I am missing it, but obviously it is not there. Any chance to have that in a later version? :)
