Where is the keychain management on Windows? If any?

Where exactly is keychain information stored on Windows?

I see that the location of preferences is documented on the wiki (for Windows XP, Vista, and 7), but there does not appear to be any documentation about where the keychain information is stored on Windows for XP, Vista, or 7. I looked at the saved Windows's password information and Cyberduck doesn't appear to use the built in Windows repository in Windows 7 for storage of credentials (I presume because that is really only for NTLM, which doesn't help with FTP/S3/etc).

Any information would be appreciated.

Clarified wiki. On Windows, passwords are encrypted using your login credentials and stored in the user.config file.
