Cyberduck 4.1.1 (8936)
Bookmark page.
Click on "+" to create a new bookmark, the last bookmark is copied with all data instead of a blank bookmark.

@dkocher commented

Creating a new bookmarks prefills the information from the current connection. I suppose you were connected to the server of the previous bookmark created in the browser window.
