Ecdegr created the issue

Hi - i've used (and contributed to) Cyberduck for years and had no problems. I have tried recently to FTP files to new host (ixhosting.com) and not been successful. I've tried many different configurations of user name, password, etc, to no avail. After talking with a representative from the company, he said it might be blocked. Any thoughts?

What is the error message you get upon connecting? Also attach the transcript in the log drawer (⌘-L).
