Sorry - but I don't understand this jargon.

Is a "ticket" a "help request"?

All I want to know is how to open cyberduck

It wont do so since I installed Lion and I can't find an email address of anyone to ask

Does this mean that I have to download it from the app store and pay for it now - or is something else wrong?

Why havent you got a helpline or some way of asking for help? And what is a ticket?

My email address is davidshall@mac.com

I need to update my website now - and I am not at all website savvy

I don't know what to do - sorry

Answered on the mailing list already. That sounds like a bug in OS X 10.7. Download and install the Java runtime manually from the Apple Support page at [1].
