When I try to connect to an Oracle Beehive Server using SSL/WebDAV I am getting the following:
A non-recoverable error occured during a database lookup
If I click "Try Again" I get a blank page and nothing happens.
The problem started recently. I am not sure if it was caused by an update to CyberDuck or if IT updated my Beehive Server. Everything was working great a few weeks ago!
An interesting note. If I change my login to just the first part of my email address (e.g., use bob when my email is bob@oracle.com) I get a login prompt and can log in using my e-mail address. However, all the directories appear empty even when files are present.
I have problems on Mac and Windows. This writeup is for Windows 7. Have tested on multiple machines and get same results.
Hope you can help. Thanks. Been a long time user.
