I have 28,900 files in a folder, and when i try to "synchronize" this with a local folder it tried to read the CDN for about 30 seconds then times out with "Transfer Incomplete 0 byte of 0 byte". I have increased the timeout to 60 seconds in settings but this doesnt change the timeout happening after 30 seconds. I can read the file list and load the file list fine in the standard cyberduck window, but in the transfer window it seems to get stuck.

I have just downloaded the latest beta version also 4.1.1 and it has the same problem.

I am using Windows 7. The files are all .jpg

I am uisng the Rackspace London connection - which was working fine up to 28,900 files.
