The ticket was closed saying "contact hosting provider". I did before I opened that ticket. The issue seems to be with cyberduck. As I stated the program is also opening differently than it did before. It seemed to have lost my server connection info and I've had to input it again.
I feel a little "dismissed" and I'm sure that was not your intention. I would prefer to keep using Cyberduck but that will depend on your response.
