I did as you instructed. I am in Florida, USA and changed timezone to America/New york
Time stamp is still incorrect
File loaded today at 8:52am shows up as 1:42pm

sorry to be a pain but this is important to me

Possibly the server clock is not set right. Contact your ISP.
