Hello,
I am experiencing slow transfers when trying to download files stored on a Windows Gene6 FTP Server (also called G6). Here is my setup:
Mac OS X 10.7.1 Cyberduck 4.1.3
According to the info in the Transfers window,Cyberduck is taking a while to get the permissions of the selected file ("Getting Permissions of ").
Is there any setting in Cyberduck that I can adjust? Or maybe a server setting?

Our Internet connection is not slow, and browsing directories on the FTP server is not slow, either.
Sorry, something went wrong.

Can you please post the transcript from the log drawer (⌘-L). Try switching the connect mode in the bookmark settings to Passive.
