Hi there,

It's been a long while since I used cyberduck. I recently moved my domain name over to another company, everything went well but recently I noticed I can no longer login with my username and login. I thought my username was jazzling.co.uk but it doesn't seem to work? If you could please resolve this for me as soon as possible I'd be grateful as I really need to upload and manage my website (www.jazzling.co.uk) for my work. Thank you. I'm using a
mac. Here is a snapshot of the message I receive when trying to login.
