"Preserve TimeStamp" not working (@ CloudSafe via WebDAV)

Description

I am trying to preserve TimeStamps for files uploaded to CloudSafe (https://secure.cloudsafe.com) via WebDAV. The server normally writes the upload time into the file meta data. But it will honor all modifications.

Does "Preserve TimeStamp" really sets the time information after upload? If not, could it be added?

I added 2 screenshots for an upload. Uploaded file will have actual timestamp after uploading ("Heute" = "Today"), not the file creation date.

Best, Rob

Duplicate for #5785. Unfortunately WebDAV does not allow changing modification dates of files.
