Connection status is green, but cannot see files and displays the following error:

ERROR: http://xml.org/sax/features/external-general-entities.

Try to reinstall Java for Mac OS X 10.7 Update 1.

Can you check for .jar files in /Library/Java/Extensions and ~/Library/Java/Extensions.
