Is there a detailed disclosure of where the donation funds get spent? I love this project and would love to donate to support it. It would be very helpful to see where the money goes, what the project costs are, etc.

We don't do detailed accounting. Costs are hosting downloads and website but most prominently the time spent doing support and coding.
