I'm having a severe problem with my download speed, I cannot get anything down from my ftp site with a speed over 5.0 kp/s. At this rate I'd need to wait weeks for a file and I cannot do that LOL. My upload speed is fine as much as 135 kp/s. Can someone at least point me in the right direction as far as what governs the download speed?
