After opening the zip file Cyberduck just bounces in the dock

Description
Hello,
I have a Macbook Pro 3,1 with Mac OS X Snow Leopard Version 10.6.3. I downloaded Cyberduck 4.2.1 direct from you website today. It downloaded a zip.file. I clicked on the zip.file. I click that it is 'OK' to open this file downloaded from the internet and then the duck just bounces in my dock a few times before disappearing. Nothing happens after that.
I have tried deleting it, redownloading and going through it again but the same thing happens.
There is obviously a bug somewhere, or perhaps my machine is missing some of the requirements needed in order to smoothly open the application.
Can you help please? I need this software for work purposes.

Try to reinstall Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 6.
