I have a client who is trying to connect to our Rumpus ftp server using ftps tls connection. I have attached a session capture from our latest try. She says that after connecting she just looses the connection. I have been able to connect from my home computer using cyberduck as has maxum (rumpus) tech support with files being uploads. She gets an error: directory listing failed.
